9-11 years
Level 4
It is very easy to frustrate children in this age group because they can accomplish so much very efficiently. Unless they are finding trouble, please resist the urge to overload them. Do give them adequate time to play and participate in their preferred activities.
There are some new tasks here, but many are building on what they have already learned. Keep up the excellent work! You have lots of room to add on tasks they have learned from the previous levels. And, of course, enjoy this busy season. Make it a habit to write a note or give them a card to encourage them.
While this is time-consuming (30-60 minutes), it is worth the effort in the long run.
